Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements
- Conduct campus recruitment drives
- Manage onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment dashboards
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 2+ years in recruitment (bulk hiring experience preferred)
- Knowledge of industrial relations
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
- Willingness to travel to plant locations
