ZOFF Foods is seeking an experienced Food Safety & Quality Manager to oversee our spice processing and packaging facility in Raipur.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain FSMS (Food Safety Management System)
- Lead internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and export regulations
- Manage lab testing and product release
- Train staff on food safety practices
- Lead internal and external audits

Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology
- 5+ years experience in food quality management
- HACCP and ISO 22000 certified auditor
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations
- Experience with spice processing preferred
