Refund Policy

Service Fee Refunds

Our service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. However, if a service is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.

Job Posting Credits

Job posting credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different job listing within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@cjrc.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
