Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and retention
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity)
- Handle employee relations and grievances
- Conduct performance management processes

Requirements
- MBA in HR with 6+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience in managing HR operations end-to-end
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- HR certification (SHRM/NHRD) preferred
