- Monitor and optimize steel production processes
- Conduct quality tests on raw materials and finished products
- Troubleshoot process issues
- Maintain process documentation
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams

Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering
- 3+ years experience in steel plant
- Knowledge of steel making processes (EAF/Blast Furnace)
- Understanding of quality standards (ISI/ISO)
- Experience with NDT methods preferred
