Responsibilities
- Supervise production line operations
- Monitor quality metrics and reduce defects
- Optimize assembly processes for efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime
- Train production staff on best practices

Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years in electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of SMT and PCB assembly processes
- Experience with quality control tools (Six Sigma/SPC)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
