Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 10+ sales executives
- Develop sales strategies for new project launches
- Build relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements
- 4+ years experience in real estate sales
