Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via ticket, phone and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Escalate complex issues to development team
- Create knowledge base articles
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

- 1+ year experience in technical support
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Customer service mindset
